Waiver of BigCharityQuiz & 5 Charities' liability

BigCharityQuiz (BCQ) partners, sponsors, organisers, venues and individual participants shall hold the BCQ, Sparks, The CGD Research Trust, Rainbow Trust, Whizz-Kidz and The XLP Research Trust harmless against any action, claim, proceedings, demand, loss, damages, injury and any costs or legal expenses (including any matter settled on advice of counsel), as a result of, or arising from, the event. It is the responsibility of each venue to have in place all the necessary liability insurance relevant to the event. It is the responsibility of each individual participant to maintain contact with his/her local organiser regarding the time and date of the quiz they will attend.
